My name is Bobby Bernstein...
...and I’m the owner of this place. I’ve lived in Glens Falls, New York since 2011 – a few years after I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Castleton State College in Vermont (now Vermont State University). After being a retail manager for a couple years (I managed our local Price Rite in Queensbury, NY), I shifted careers to web development and SEO. I’ve been working in the SEO industry for over a decade – 14 years, in fact!
I got my website management and SEO start with Den of Geek back in 2012, bringing their traffic from 200K/month to over 2M/month through various SEO optimization initiatives. I’ve formulated entire SEO strategies for well-known sites like Heavy.com, Earningshub.com, Chillboys.com, and local businesses like OTW Plumbing, Lisakristine.com, and so many more.
I’ve worked with many different types of sites over the years, including local service businesses, online shops on Shopify, SaaS websites, WordPress affiliate websites, and so many others.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped hundreds of business owners improve their web visibility through search engine optimization strategy development and implementation. One of my favorite aspects of being an SEO consultant is that I frequently get to work with small businesses trying to build something from the ground up.
And one of my least favorite? Hearing the horror stories and flat-out wrong information my clients have heard from their previous SEO hires.
You won’t get that sort of information from me – I stay informed on all things SEO from fellow SEO nerds like Brian Dean, Barry Schwartz at Search Engine Land, and Marie Haynes, as well as the top SEO news sites like Search Engine Journal and Search Engine Roundtable. I geek out about this stuff so that you don’t have to.

Why I Started ADK SEO REV
Why SEO Agencies Struggle with Smaller Clients
In an agency setting, there’s hierarchy and bureaucracy. First, a client is assigned an account manager as a main point of contact. After that account manager gets a new client onboarded, runs an SEO audit, and creates an SEO roadmap for the client, they then have to assign each action item from the audit to another department in the organization. Your account manager will probably pass your pagespeed issues off to their technical SEO manager, who will then pass it off to one of their underlings. Your account manager will pass on any content writing to the agency’s writing team. Then, the person will take any UX issues you might have and pass those onto their User Experience manager, who passes it on to someone below them. And, so on and so forth with each action item on your audit.
Once all of your SEO problems have been properly assigned to numerous departments, now your account manager has to wait for each department to get back to them with the completed work. This can be a huge problem as agencies grow, as each department will have hundreds of clients to manage.
